In accordance with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI), these are the details of the owner of this website:

What UbiRelax is

UbiRelax is an information directory, for adults aged 18 and over only, of erotic massage parlours, escort agencies and self-employed independent professionals in Spain, showing their location on a map, their opening hours and their contact details. UbiRelax does not provide any of these services, does not take part in the relationship between visitors and the businesses or professionals, does not handle bookings or payments and charges no commission on them. Each business or professional is solely responsible for its activity and for complying with the rules that apply to it.

Access for adults only

To enter you must confirm that you are 18 or older and that adult content is legal where you are accessing it from. If that is not the case, you must not use the website.

Where the listing information comes from

The details of parlours and agencies come from the information those businesses publish on their own websites and are updated regularly from them. Profiles of independent professionals are published by each person, who can edit, hide or delete them whenever they want, and they are not shown until the person has been verified. If a business wants to correct or remove its listing, it can write to [email protected] and we will deal with it as soon as possible.

Reviews

Reviews refer only to businesses (service, cleanliness, facilities, whether they deliver what they advertise). They are checked before being published, and descriptions of people or of sexual services are not accepted. Profiles of independent professionals do not accept reviews.

Reports and the fight against trafficking

UbiRelax has zero tolerance for human trafficking, exploitation and any sign of the involvement of minors. Anyone can report a listing from the listing itself or from the "Report a listing" page; we remove it while it is reviewed and, if there are signs of an offence, we report it to the Police. If you suspect someone is a victim of trafficking, call the Spanish National Police on 900 10 50 90 (free and confidential) or, if there is immediate danger, 112.

Intellectual property

The design, original texts and code of UbiRelax belong to its owner. The trade names, logos and photographs of each business belong to their owners and are shown only to identify them. If you own any content and do not agree with how it is used, write to us and we will remove it.

Liability

We work to keep the information accurate and up to date, but opening hours, prices, services and contact details may change without notice: always confirm them with the business. UbiRelax is not responsible for the services provided by the businesses or professionals listed in the directory, nor for the content of external websites it links to.

Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and unless consumer protection rules provide otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona.
