Room Xpa offers erotic massage from ground-floor commercial premises on Calle de Juan Ramón Jiménez, in the Nueva España neighbourhood (Chamartín district), next to Paseo de la Castellana and north of Plaza de Cuzco; the Santiago Bernabéu stadium is about nine hundred metres away. One of its websites promotes it for the Salamanca district, but the premises are in Chamartín. Its legal notice gives Calle del Castillo, 11 as its registered address, which is the address of Privé SPAce in Chamberí, and both websites share the same template. The photos of the facilities show a reception desk, a waiting room with a chesterfield sofa and leaf-patterned wallpaper, and gold-toned rooms with tatami mats, mirrors and an en-suite shower. According to the centre, massage materials are never reused and its oils and creams are odourless professional products. Only female masseuses work here, and they introduce themselves to each client on arrival so that the client can choose one of them. The menu distinguishes between erotic massage for men, for women or for couples, and includes mutual options and sessions with two, three or four masseuses at once. Outside the premises it works in hotels; the website menu also advertises home visits, but its FAQ rules them out, so it is best to check when booking. It is open at any hour, every day. There is no online booking: appointments are arranged by phone, by WhatsApp message or at the centre itself, ideally with half an hour's notice, or an hour's notice to request a particular masseuse. Cash and cards are accepted. By metro, Cuzco (line 10) is the closest stop, about a seven-minute walk away, and the website points to a nearby car park on Calle de Juan Hurtado de Mendoza.
