The simple, Spanish-only website gives no details about the team or the length of the sessions, so it is worth clarifying these when making an appointment. Cuzco (line 10) is about a seven-minute walk away, and Plaza de Castilla, where metro lines 1, 9 and 10 meet, about eight. The square is also home to an interchange for city and intercity buses. Chamartín station, with Cercanías commuter trains and long-distance services, is around twenty minutes on foot.
